Good day, My theme is failing to upload onto WordPress, please can you assist me? I have checked my internet connection and have tried about 5 times but it just won't upload?

Hi, Make sure you are uploading only theme file (zip) not entire package.

I bought the theme and it works great. One problem I have is the cart button does not show on mobile. I tried creating a separate menu and mark it as "Mobile Menu Alternative" but it doesn't seem the code is picking up on that menu. Any suggestions?

Hi, we are interested in your theme, BUT must first know the OUTPUT format because we need it compatible when it goes to the printers. For example: -Ideally, the artwork can be in vector format like Acrobat Illustrator (AI) and CorelDraw. -if photographs are uploaded by the end user and wholly then ideally those can be in jpeg and png ? Hi, I've installed the theme at jennykennydressagency.com/shop and when I mouse over a product and then click the "Add to cart" button which pops up, it adds 2 of the item to the cart. How can I fix this? Thank you, Kenny

well if you have made changes in child theme then no problem, if you have made changes in main theme then you will lost your changes.

I only downloaded the theme recently from ThemeForest. Where do I get the latest version?

we have released version 1.3 in January, 2018, make sure you download all package and just pick theme out of this.

Hi, I checked, it ads only one item add to cart from shop link.

Please check carefully. It adds two items, but if you add an item that there is only a quantity of 1 available, it gives an error saying you can only add one of the item. This is because it is trying to add 2. Also, when I click to go to the cart, I'm taken to a different page. Please help fix these issues.

Hello, Yesterday I bought the theme, but when I try to install the demo it keeps loading and trhow File Not found (404) for admin-ajax.php in the console (chrome), any solution for that problem? I have spent 2 days trying to fix that.
